We have been retained by our client, the Malawi Network of AIDS Service Organization (MANASO) to recruit result-oriented Malawian professionals with the reputable technical expertise and practical experience to take up five (5) senior positions within its corporate hierarchy in order to strengthen the Top Management Team.
MANASO is the leading membership organization playing a unique role as an enabling agant to facilitate Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), and Community Based Organizations (CBOs) to collectively and accountably work together to advance the fight against HIV and AIDS in Malawi. MANASO`s vision is to improve Quality health for all Malawians with a mission of promoting access to health for Malawians through co-ordinated and accountable community health systems.

Position: EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
This is a challenging and high profile position requiring the services of an accomplished multi-skilled, highly experienced visionary and programtic executive with proven leadership and management capabilities. Reporting directly to the Chairperson of the Board, the core function of the Executive Director is to provide strategic leadership and management of the organization in accordance with the strategic direction set and approved by the Board of Trustees. The incumbent shall lead the Executive Management Team and provide high-level policy guidance and strategic direction to the institution including day-to-day management of the Organization and coordination of its activities ensuring that these are within the strategic objectives of MANASO. Furthermore, the Executive Director will also be tasked with the responsibility of leading MANASO in coordinating the Civil Society HIV and AIDS and other related conditions Response.
