Position: Project Manager Unlocking Talent (2 Positions)
Purpose of Role
Reporting to the Programme Manager Education, the Project Manager will lead the overall implementation of Unlocking Talent Project using projectors through project design, planning, financial management, monitoring and management of staff working on the project. He/she will coordinate the implementation of the Unlocking talent project activities at the district level. He/she will be required to engage key education stakeholders including district education managers, PEAs, head teachers, volunteers and other partners in shaping the project objectives, lead decision making about the project for effective implementation to ensure cohesion amongst all project partners. These positions will be based in Lilongwe and Blantyre (note that the position tenable in Blantyre is contingent on funding approval).
