FHI 360 is a nonprofit human development organization dedicated to improving lives in lasting ways by advancing integrated, locally driven solutions. FHI 360 is seeking qualified candidates for the positions of Research Assistants to support Dreams Innovation Challenge project in conducting interviews and focus groups with girls and boys attending secondary schools in Machinga and Zomba as part of an evaluation study that is looking at the impact of program activities. The purpose of the Project is to support the DREAMS goal of reducing HIV among adolescent girls and young women by achieving two main outcomes: increasing completion of secondary school among girls and increasing community support for education. The project has been working closely with secondary schools providing training for teachers in gender sensitive pedagogy, establishing mentoring programs for girls, and providing financial support for students.
The Research Assistants will support Dreams Innovation Challenge Project for a period of fifteen days with the following activities;
