Job Description
The Administration Assistant will provide administrative, logistical, and coordination support to the Malawi Circular Economy Network (MCEN) to ensure efficient implementation of network activities and smooth day-to-day operations. The role will support event coordination, stakeholder communication, documentation, scheduling, and office administration while working closely with the MCEN Coordinator to strengthen the effectiveness and visibility of the network.
Key Responsibilities

Support coordination and implementation of MCEN activities and events.

Assist in organizing meetings, workshops, conferences, and trainings.

Provide logistical support for events, including coordination with vendors and service providers.

Prepare meeting minutes, reports, and administrative correspondence.

Maintain proper filing systems for documents and records.

Support communication and follow-up with stakeholders and partners.

Assist in managing the MCEN Digital Library and information platforms.

Support visibility and marketing activities, including social media and dissemination of materials.

Assist with scheduling meetings and maintaining activity calendars.

Perform any other administrative duties assigned by the Coordinator
