Position: Business Development Officer

Role Summary
The Business Development Officers were responsible for providing business training, supporting enterprise start-ups, and offering coaching and mentoring to youth, women and persons with disabilities across the four target districts. The role focused on practical livelihood support, enterprise growth and local market linkage.

Indicative Qualifications

• Relevant degree or diploma in business, entrepreneurship, development or a related field.
• Experience in enterprise development, mentoring and community-based business support.
• Strong communication, facilitation and field coordination skills.
