Position: Curriculum Development Officer
Role Summary
The Curriculum Development Officers were expected to lead review and improvement of informal vocational trade curricula so that delivery would be more inclusive, gender responsive and aligned to labour-market needs. The role also included validation workshops, instructor training, curriculum monitoring and stakeholder engagement.
Indicative Qualifications
- University degree in Education or a technical field with teaching qualification.
- Experience in curriculum development, assessment or training quality assurance.
- Knowledge of CBET, TEVET systems, curriculum evaluation and instructional design tools.
