Job Description

An excellent opportunity for career development has arisen for suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill the vacant position of Executive Assistant at Open Connect Limited (“OCL”).

Responsible to: Executive Management

Key Performance Areas

  • Secretarial Services
  • Provide efficient logistical functions
  • Assist the Executive in the managers of the budget
  • Provide efficient logistical functions
  • Provide a liaison function between the office of the Executive and external stakeholders
  • Assist the Executives in the management of the budget

Requirements
  • Diploma in Secretarial.
  • Five – Seven years’ relevant experience in a busy environment.
  • Must be able to work under pressure, well-tempered and be able to communicate well at all levels.
