Position: Grants Partnerships and Advocacy Coordinator


THP-Malawi is currently operating in nine districts (Blantyre, Chikhwawa, Dedza, Neno, Nsanje, Ntcheu, Phalombe, Salima and Zomba) with high growth possibilities.

The Position

THP-Malawi Wishes to recruit an experienced person and a self-starter for the position of “Grants Partnerships and Advocacy Coordinator – GPAC”. The position is tenable at our Lilongwe office, with a fair amount of travel.

Job Purpose

Reporting to The Head of Programs (HOP), the position is responsible to lead Grants acquisition and stewardship, Strategic Partnerships Building and Advocacy – including leading operations of the Movement for Community Led Development Malawi Chapter. The job-holder will work in close collaboration with THP Malawi’s program and finance teams.

Minimum Requirements

  • Masters Degree or its equivalent Social sciences, Agriculture, Strategic Management or any relevant field
  • Combined with at least 7 years’ demonstrable experience in Grants acquisition, partnership building and advocacy.
