Job Description
The HR Administrator – Recruitment & Talent Acquisition is responsible for managing end‐to‐end recruitment and talent acquisition activities while providing general HR administrative support. The role ensures the organization attracts, selects, hires, and onboards high‐quality talent in line with workforce plans, policies, and labour regulations.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the full talent acquisition value chain, from manpower requisition to onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and workforce plans.
Prepare and post job advertisements through approved internal and external channels.
Proactively source candidates using job boards, recruitment agencies, talent pools, referrals, and direct searches.
Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate shortlisting processes.
Arrange and facilitate interviews, assessments, and selection panels.
Conduct reference checks, background verification, and pre‐employment documentation.
Prepare offer letters, contracts, and employment documentation.
Coordinate employee onboarding and induction processes.
Maintain job descriptions and ensure alignment with organizational structures.
Support recruitment budgeting, agency management, and cost tracking.
Manage interview logistics, candidate communication, and feedback.
Maintain employee personnel files (physical and electronic).
Support payroll inputs related to new hires, changes, and exits.
Assist with HR metrics reporting (turnover, time‐to‐hire, vacancy reports).
Support probation tracking and confirmation processes.
