Position: ICT Officer
Role Summary
The ICT Officer was responsible for maintaining project ICT equipment and systems, supporting tablets, computers, networks and peripherals, carrying out troubleshooting and repairs, maintaining inventory and backups, and helping ensure reliable technology access for all learners including persons with disabilities.
Indicative Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT or IT Systems Management.
- Experience in computer hardware installation, troubleshooting, repairs and network support.
- Strong organisational, problem-solving and user-support skills.
