Job Description
The IT Systems Administrator will be responsible for installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of ICT systems across the Group.
Key duties include:
- Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of ICT communication infrastructure (LANs, WANs, VPNs).
- Troubleshoot and maintain hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Carry out preventive maintenance of all ICT equipment and systems.
- Provide user support for Microsoft Office and other business applications.
- Maintain stability and performance of core business systems and server environments.
- Perform daily system monitoring, security checks, and data backup operations.
- Ensure secure storage, recovery, and off-site backup of critical data.
- Support ICT budgeting and maintain accurate ICT asset registers and inventory.
- Recommend and implement cybersecurity improvements and system enhancements.
- Participate in ICT systems development, design, and implementation projects.
- Generate ICT operational reports for management and regulatory purposes.
- Ensure compliance with ICT policies, regulatory requirements, and data protection standards.
- Manage user accounts (creation, modification, and deletion).
- Maintain and test Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) and Business Continuity Plan (BCP).
