Job Description

FJ Investments Limited is a newly Malawian registered General Trading Company with main interest in buying and selling of Agricultural Commodities and is headquartered in Lilongwe, Malawi.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the positions below tenable at various places in the Country.

The candidates should be self-starter, results oriented, honest and with highest personal integrity.


POSITION: OFFICE ASSISTANT (1 POST)


Reporting to Administration Manager


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handling incoming calls and other communications
  • Managing filing system
  • Recording information as needed
  • Identifying cleaning materials and forwarding for requisition and procurement
  • Greeting clients and visitors as needed
  • Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing
  • Helping organize and maintain office common areas
  • Any other duty assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum of Malawi School Certificate Education (MSCE but with fluent in English speaking
  • More than 1 year experience
  • Experience in working with Agriculture Commodity Trading Company
  • Honest and High level of integrity
  • Basic knowledge of using a computer.
