Job Description

Malawi College of Accountancy, Malawi’s premier accountancy and business management training institution, would like to recruit highly motivated and results oriented individuals for the following position tenable at its Blantyre Campus:

Administrative Assistant


  • Interested individuals must have a minimum of Advanced Diploma in Business Administration /Management, Human Resources or Pubic Administration with not less than 3 years working experience in a relevant field.
  • Those with a relevant bachelor’s degree will have an added advantage.

Duties and responsibilities:
  • To take charge of office services relating to records management, transport, office equipment, office utility property, office accommodation and overseeing their maintenance including general cleanliness.
  • Facilitating the interpretation and enforcement of staff rules and regulations; policies and discipline,
  • Overseeing the maintenance of the College’s office buildings, office property and assets.
  • Coordinates the preparation of annual budget estimates for the campus.
  • Coordinating student admissions, welfare and administration of examinations,
  • Facilitating the organization of logistics for welfare of staff and their official trips, workshops, seminars, retreats, and conferences.
  • Preparing monthly work progress reports.
  • Any other relevant administrative duties that may be assigned from time to time.
