Job Description

Mulanje Mission Hospital is looking to engage a dynamic and self-starting person to take up the position of:

Position: Human Resources Management Officer

Reporting to the Principal Hospital Administrator, the officer will be responsible for:

  • Managing recruitment
  • Ensuring staff welfare and enhancing staff motivation
  • Ensuring adherence to term and conditions of service
  • Managing payroll and pension administration
  • Coordinating performance appraisals.

Qualifications and personal attributes

  • Degree in Human Resources obtained from recognized university/college
  • Minimum of 5 years working experience in a busy office
  • Highly motivated and team player
  • Committed Christian
  • Able to work under stressful conditions and long hours.
